Michelle Halle Stern
Michelle Halle Stern is the founder of The Green Facilitator, a Chicago-based sustainability consulting and facilitation firm. She is a LEED Fellow, WELL AP, and certified Technology of Participation (ToP) facilitator.
Michelle brings deep expertise in integrative design, green building, and organizational strategy — and a rare ability to connect with audiences ranging from novices to veterans, technical to non-technical, zealot to skeptic.
Her approach is rooted in living systems thinking: she believes organizations thrive when every stakeholder contributes to a resilient, regenerative whole.
